Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at USC
Our research emphases are on health disparities and cultural boundaries impacting healthcare, prevention of chronic disability in the elderly, rehabilitation science, lifestyle intervention, and sensory processing. 
We have received more than $14 million in funding from federal agencies including NICHD (NCMMR), NIA, NIDRR, BMCH, and the CDC. 
Our faculty are experts in translational research approaches (bench to bedside) involving randomized clinical trials, qualitative and quantitative data analytic strategies, and functional magnetic resonance imaging. |
We have our own incorporated Faculty Practice which provides services to patients at the USC University Hospital and clients in our outpatient Lifestyle Redesign® setting.
