Center for Health Professions Building

USC Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy is located in the Center for the Health Professions Building (CHP) on the 45-acre Health Sciences Campus, three miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles and seven miles from the USC University Park Campus.

Parking

Visitors should park in the San Pablo Parking Lot on San Pablo Street. There is a $6 parking fee (subject to change). The directions below will lead you to this lot. There is also limited metered parking available on the street. From the San Pablo lot, turn left out of the parking lot and walk across Alcazar Street. Turn right and cross San Pablo to arrive at the first building on the corner , which is the Center for the Health Professions Building (CHP). Continue walking west on Alcazar until you reach the parking lot. Turn left and follow the sidewalk to the entrance of the building. Once inside, turn right towards the exit to the south, and then turn right again into the long hallway to the west. The Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy is located in room 133, on your left, about half way down the hallway.

Driving Directions

10 (Santa Monica Freeway) East

Exit at Soto Street and turn left.
Turn left on Alcazar at stop light (about a mile north of the freeway).
Turn right on San Pablo Street (first stop sign).
Turn right into the San Pablo Parking Lot.

10 (Santa Monica Freeway) West

Exit at Soto Street and turn right onto Soto Street at light.
Turn left on Alcazar at stop light (about a mile north of the freeway).
Turn right on San Pablo Street (first stop sign).
Turn right into the San Pablo Parking Lot.

5 (Golden State/Santa Ana Freeway) South

Exit at Mission Road and turn left.
Slight right onto Eastlake Avenue just past intersection with Griffin/Zonal (2nd light).
Turn left onto Alcazar.
Turn left onto San Pablo at the stop sign.
Turn right into the San Pablo Parking lot.

5 (Golden State/Santa Ana Freeway) North

Transition to the 10 (Santa Monica Freeway) east.
Exit at Soto Street and turn left.
Turn left on Alcazar at 3rd light(about a mile north of the freeway).
Turn right on San Pablo Street (first stop sign).
Turn right into the San Pablo Parking Lot.

101 (Ventura Freeway) South

Exit at Mission Road.
Left onto Mission Road.
Slight right onto Eastlake Avenue just past intersection with Griffin/Zonal (about 2 miles).
Turn left onto Alcazar.
Turn left onto San Pablo at the stop sign.
Turn right into the San Pablo Parking lot.

710 (Long Beach Freeway) North or South

Transition to the 10 (Santa Monica Freeway) west.
Exit almost immediately at Soto Street and turn right.
Turn left on Alcazar at light(about a mile north of the freeway).
Turn right on San Pablo Street (first stop sign).
Turn right into the San Pablo Parking Lot.

Huntington Drive (Pasadena, West San Gabriel Valley)

Follow Huntington Drive west until it divides into Mission Road and Soto Street.
Bear left onto Soto Street and proceed to Alcazar Street. Turn right.
Turn right on San Pablo Street (first stop sign).
Turn right into the San Pablo Parking Lot.
