Fees

$179 (regular) for each course, or $160 for AOTA members and USC OS/OT alumni.

Note that Introduction to Lifestyle Redesign® is a pre-requisite to the other courses in the series, and must be completed first.

Other Information

Participants must complete a learning outcomes questionnaire and course evaluation in order to receive a Certificate of Completion.  Certificates will be sent to participants once these forms are received. Participants not fulfilling these requirements will not receive a certificate.

System Requirements

Courses are presented online using Mediasite technology (currently version 6.0). To be able to view course materials, you’ll need to use a computer that meets the following requirements. You can also test whether your computer meets the Mediasite requirements at the Mediasite website.

Windows

• Microsoft Windows 2008 (requires the Desktop Experience), Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2003.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 or later, Firefox 2.0 or later, or Google Chrome 1.0.
• Windows Media Player 9 or later.
• For Firefox and Chrome playback, Silverlight 1.0 or later (viewers are prompted to install this when attempting to view a presentation).
• If using a Silverlight player instead of a Classic player, Silverlight 3.0 or later is required.
• Broadband Internet connection (256 Kbps or more)

Mac

• Mac OS X 10.4.8 or later.
• Safari 2.0.4 or later or Firefox 2.0 or later.
• Silverlight 1.0 or later (viewers are prompted to install this when attempting to view a presentation).
• If using a Silverlight player instead of a Classic player, Silverlight 3.0 or later is required.
• Broadband Internet connection (256 Kbps or more)

Note: Newer versions of Silverlight cannot be installed on Power PC Macs.  Silverlight 1.0 was the only version to be supported on the Power PC platform.

Silverlight

Mac users, and some Windows users, will need to install Microsoft Silverlight as part of the Mediasite system requirements. If a suitable version of Silverlight isn’t installed on your machine, you should be prompted to download and install it when you first try to play Mediasite content. Alternatively, you can install Silverlight directly from the Microsoft website.
