Division Email Lists

The Division maintains several email lists for disseminating information to OT students in a timely manner.  Faculty assume all students are subscribed and therefore are accountable for any information that is sent out on one of the lists.  There is a list for the BS Juniors (OTBSJR-L), those taking 400 level OT courses (OT400-L), those taking 500 level OT courses (OT500-L), OTD students (OTOTD-L), PhD students (OTPHD-L), and Occupational Scientists (OTOS-L). 

Subscribing to a list

The IT staff does its best to subscribe all OT students to the appropriate lists, moving students from one list to another as they progress through the programs.  Students taking both 400 and 500 level courses will be on both lists.  If you discover you are not receiving emails that are posted to a list you should be subscribed to, or are receiving emails posted to a list you should not be on, please contact John Llerenas at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or Dr. Wolcott at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Posting to a list

To send an email to all subscribers of a particular list, send an email to that list, which is the name of the list followed by @osot.usc.edu.  For example: to post to the OT500-L list, send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  All lists are moderated to minimize irrelevant or inappropriate postings so any emails sent to a particular list will not appear until the moderator has posted it during normal business hours.  Emails sent after 4 pm on Friday will not appear until the following Monday.  If you do not see your email on the list after several hours, please contact Jordi Oshiro at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or John Llerenas at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or Dr. Wolcott at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
