Connecting to the Terminal Server

For Remote Desktop Connection to the Terminal Server (using Windows) connect to ot-ts.osot.usc.edu. Log in just the way you do at the office. For Mac users, if you are running Office 2011, you have RDC (Remote Desktop Connection) already installed. Otherwise, you will need to download the client at http://www.microsoft.com/mac/remote-desktop-client. Click on the free client download button.
