Our research emphases are on health disparities and cultural boundaries impacting healthcare, prevention of chronic disability in the elderly, rehabilitation science, lifestyle intervention, and sensory processing.

Our faculty are experts in translational research approaches (bench to bedside) involving randomized clinical trials, qualitative and quantitative data analytic strategies, and functional magnetic resonance imaging.
