Directions to the USC Occupational Therapy Faculty Practice

We are located on the USC Health Sciences Campus (HSC), which is northeast of Downtown Los Angeles. HSC is adjacent to the Los Angeles County+University of Southern California (LAC+USC) Medical Center. Our Practice is in a large brick building on the corner of Alcazar and Playground Streets, directly across from the LA Public Works. A large exterior sign reads “IGM,” and the front door is marked “USC Blood Donor Center.” Enter the main doors and turn right at the first hallway. Continue through the double doors to the end of the hallway, and the USC Occupational Therapy Faculty Practice is in the last door on the left, Suite 133.

From the 10 (Santa Monica Freeway) East

1. Exit at Soto Street and turn left; drive approximately 1 mile.
2. Turn left on Alcazar Street.
3. Metered parking is available on both Alcazar and Playground.

From the 10 (San Bernardino Freeway) West

1. Exit at Soto Street and turn right; drive approximately 1 mile.
2. Turn left on Alcazar Street.
3. Metered parking is available on both Alcazar and Playground.

From the 5 (Golden State Freeway) South

1. Exit at Mission Road and turn left; drive approximately.
2. Turn right on Zonal Avenue.
3. Turn left on San Pablo Street.
4. Turn right on Alcazar Street.
5. Metered parking is available on both Alcazar and Playground.

From the 5 (Golden State Freeway) North

1. Transition to the 10 (Santa Monica Freeway) East.
2. Exit at Soto Street and turn left; drive approximately 1 mile.
3. Turn left on Alcazar Street.
4. Metered parking is available on both Alcazar and Playground.

From the 101 (Ventura Freeway) South

1. Transition to the 10 (Santa Monica Freeway) East.
2. Exit at State Street/Soto Street.
3. Proceed across State Street onto the onramp, and bear right to exit at Soto Street; drive approximately 1 mile.
4. Turn left on Alcazar Street.
5. Metered parking is available on both Alcazar and Playground.

From the 710 (Long Beach Freeway) North or South

1. Transition to the 10 (San Bernardino Freeway) West.
2. Exit at Soto Street and turn right; drive approximately 1 mile.
3. Turn left on Alcazar Street.
4. Metered parking is available on both Alcazar and Playground.

From Huntington Drive (Pasadena, West San Gabriel Valley)

1. Follow Huntington Drive west until it divides into Mission Road and Soto Street.
2. Bear left onto Soto Street.
3. Proceed to Alcazar Street.
4. Turn right on Alcazar Street.
5. Metered parking is available on both Alcazar and Playground.
