New research examines influence of experience in understanding differences

New research from Division assistant professor Lisa Aziz-Zadeh and alumna Sook-Lei Liew (PhD ‘12, MA ‘08) uses fMRI to explore the brain pathways activated when observing the movements of other people with different bodies, such as an amputated limb.

The article, to be published in a forthcoming issue of NeuroImage, is highlighted by USC News at Learn to be more understanding by watching The Bachelor (this season, anyway).
